ABOUT AR ADVENTURES

AR Adventures based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire delivers life topic workshops in primary schools using augmented reality to make learning interactive, engaging and memorable.

The instructor is an experienced education outreach adviser who has 11 years of experience creating award winning interactive sessions which incorporate the use of gamification to bring topics to life.

Our flagship workshop is an introduction to university. 

​

We are aware that many primary schools struggle to engage with their local universities. This is largely due to universities focusing on the outreach they do with their local secondary schools, colleges and sixth forms.

​

We recognise the importance of introducing young people to university at an early age while they are full of excitement and ambition for the future, something which sadly can get lost during secondary school years, so reaching out to young people at this age is vital.

We are currently working on other workshops to cover other life topics such as healthy eating and the environment and welcome other suggestions.
